Inbox
The inbox combines requests from connected channels. Review messages, turn them into tasks or preserve a decision in their history.
Available actions
- Receive Telegram and GitHub Issues requests.
- Inspect sources, messages, attachments and status.
- Select messages for task creation.
- Create Bitrix24 tasks or skip requests.
- Review decision history and channel health.
Channel readiness
A configured connection and enabled intake are separate states. Check both if messages are missing. The interface displays readiness and failure reasons while retaining received requests.
Automatic task creation depends on source settings and data readiness. A queued message does not imply that a task already exists.
After task creation
Work continues on the task board, in a chat or through a pipeline. Task creation requires configured portal access.
