Task shelf
The shelf keeps tasks you want to revisit in a separate list. Follow assessment, execution and responses without searching the whole board.
Available actions
- Add tasks for later observation.
- See changes and requests for attention.
- Distinguish waiting tasks, new events and completed work.
- Search by number, title, project and assignee.
- Open tasks, mark events as read and remove shelf entries.
Shelf and board
The shelf is separate from board filters and favorites. An entry remains until explicitly removed even if the ordinary task list changes.
Cards combine available task status, assessment, pipeline progress and waiting reasons. New events and required human decisions are indicated separately.
Remove an entry
Removing an entry stops this observation. It does not delete the Bitrix24 task or stop its pipeline.
